SWIFTWATER, MONROE CO. (WOLF) — Pocono Township Police say two men from Texas are facing charges after allegedly leaving a local hotel without paying for lodging and restaurant services.
According to police, officers received a report on December 16 regarding a theft of services at The Swiftwater Hotel along Route 611. An investigation determined that Cortez D. Livingston and Tyson J. Livingston, both from Carrollton, Texas, stayed at the hotel between December 11 and December 12 and used hotel and dining services during their visit.
