Mexican national dies after sniper attack at ICE facility in Dallas

DALLAS, Texas — Miguel Angel Garcia-Hernandez, a 31-year-old from Mexico, died on September 29 after being injured in a sniper attack on an ICE facility in Dallas. The incident occurred on September 24, targeting federal law enforcement officers.

Garcia-Hernandez was immediately transported to Parkland Health Hospital following the attack, according to a press release from ICE. His death highlights the dangers faced by ICE personnel, who are “simply carrying out their sworn law enforcement mission,” stated the source.
