Look: Stranded kitten rescued from Dallas bridge support beam

Jan. 9 (UPI) — An animal services officer in Texas came to the rescue of a cat stranded for nearly 15 hours on a three-story high support beam for a bridge.

Dallas Animal Services said on social media that the kitten, dubbed Skyline in honor of her predicament, was stranded for nearly 15 hours on a support beam underneath the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge.

A worker identified as Animal Services Officer Torres responded to the bridge and teamed with Dallas Fire-Rescue to bring the feline to safety.

Officials said Skyline is recovering from her ordeal in a foster home and is now available for adoption…
