In a recent collaborative effort, the Collin County Sheriff’s Office Dive Team joined forces with the Murphy Police Department to tackle a missing person case concerning an elderly individual. Emphasizing the critical nature of such cases, the Collin County Sheriff’s Office detailed their exhaustive search in spite of adverse conditions, including “freezing temperatures, extremely cold water, and hazardous subsurface conditions – including zero visibility, thick mud, and debris.”
