A body pulled from a southeast Dallas pond on Christmas afternoon has now been tied to a missing-person report filed a day later, according to Dallas police. Officers were first called to the 1400 block of Mission Hills Lane on Dec. 25, 2025, where they recovered the unidentified body from a nearby pond.

According to the Dallas Police Department, officers responded to an “Other” call around 12:45 p.m. on Dec. 25, 2025, in the 1400 block of Mission Hills Lane. A preliminary investigation determined that an unidentified body was recovered from a nearby pond, and the case was logged under number 183683-2025.
