ICE Dallas officers have reported apprehending Alberth Jose Simancas-Garcia, a criminal illegal alien from Venezuela and known member of the terrorist gang Tren de Aragua, who was wanted in Peru for questions relating to a homicide.
“This individual illegally entered the United States and is a known member of a violent gang,” said HSI Dallas Special Agent in Charge Travis Pickard. “We will continue our efforts to prioritize public safety of our communities by arresting and removing criminal alien offenders from our streets.”
Simancas illegally entered the United States on an unknown date and at an unknown location without being inspected, admitted or paroled by a U.S. immigration official.
