Hudson House, the Dallas-born restaurant known for its ice-cold martinis, East Coast oysters and a cult-followed cheeseburger, is set to open its newest Uptown outpost in West Village next Wednesday. The restaurant will take over the corner space at 3699 McKinney Ave., Suite 200, and is already accepting reservations.
According to CultureMap Dallas, the debut marks the chain’s 10th location. The outlet also notes that the West Village space clocks in at about 5,600 square feet and is the first of three Vandelay Hospitality concepts planned for that address.
What to expect inside
The West Village dining room will feature a large wraparound bar, a sit-down raw bar and an outdoor patio, setting the stage for Hudson House staples such as its cheeseburger, East Coast oysters, chicken Parmesan and fish tacos. OpenTable lists the West Village address and shows reservations available, and Hudson House’s main site already includes the new spot among its locations. Guests can expect the brand’s signature martini program and weekday happy-hour offerings to line up with what regulars know from other Hudson House locations.
