DALLAS, Texas — A suspected chop shop in Dallas was shut down with the assistance of the North Texas Auto Theft Taskforce and the Grapevine Police Department.
The operation, funded by a grant from the Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority (MVCPA), resulted in the recovery of three intact stolen vehicles before they were dismantled, according to a press release from the task force.
