DALLAS — A fast-growing area south of Dallas will get another single-family rental community, a developer announced.
Wan Bridge, a residential real estate company, will build 166 homes on almost 18 acres in Red Oak, the developer said in a press release. The development is 20 minutes south of Dallas and is located next to I-35E. The development will be called The Reserve at Red Oak.
