Last Friday’s shooting on Pioneer Road left two teens wounded and two others in custody after a black Cadillac tried and failed to outrun Balch Springs police, officials said.
Officers were called to the 4600 block of Pioneer Road just before 9 p.m., where investigators found several shell casings on the ground. A juvenile in the vehicle had been shot in the arm and was taken to a hospital, and a second gunshot victim showed up at a hospital later. Police said both are expected to recover. Authorities said the vehicle involved, described by officers as a black Cadillac, fled the area before police located it.
