What started as a routine medical call in East Oak Cliff turned into a homicide investigation yesterday, after Dallas firefighters found a man dead in the 2900 block of Cummings Street.
Crews were dispatched for a report of an unconscious person and discovered the victim when they arrived. Police said the man appeared to have been stabbed, and the Dallas County medical examiner has so far listed the death as unexplained while the office continues its investigation…
