Three staff members at Pleasant Run Elementary School have been arrested after a reported incident from January involving the alleged abuse of a student in a classroom, according to Lancaster Independent School District.
“Lancaster ISD can confirm that, as previously communicated to Pleasant Run Elementary families and staff, an incident involving inappropriate restraint and actions toward a student in a classroom setting was reported last month,” the district said in a statement.
The Lancaster ISD Police Department is leading the investigation. Authorities have not released details about what led to the incident, whether security cameras were present in the classroom or whether any students were injured…
