A Dallas Carpacciodyssey: One Woman’s Journey to Find and Rank Every Beef Carpaccio South of 635

Let me just say, I never set out to eat 29 beef carpaccio dishes over the course of 60 days. What started as a mild curiosity spiraled into a full-blown obsession that cost me nearly $700 and involved 22 innocent bystanders.

My carpacciodyssey began when I realized I could get carpaccio delivered on DoorDash. I’ve always loved this dish.
