Plano Police Looking For Dallas Mother And 2 Young Daughters Missing After Leaving Movie Theater

Plano police are asking the public for assistance in locating a Dallas woman with schizophrenia and her two young daughters, including a 3-month-old infant, who vanished Sunday evening after leaving a North Dallas movie theater.

Alexcia Pruitt, 30, was last seen around 8 p.m. on February 22, 2026, leaving the Cinemark theater on Dallas Parkway with her 5-year-old daughter and infant. Shortly after, someone spotted the three walking near a Jack in the Box on Windhaven Parkway before heading north on the service road. Pruitt does not have a cell phone with her.

The Plano Police Department has classified Pruittโ€™s case as an endangered missing person investigation, citing his schizophrenia diagnosis. Police say she is up to date on her meds, but the lack of a phone and the presence of two young children, one of whom is only three months old, have raised concerns about their safety…
