DALLAS — A Dallas police officer has been arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated, his second arrest in the last two months, officials said.
Lt. Jeremy Carter was arrested in Midlothian on Wednesday, according to police officials. Carter was on administrative leave following an arrest on Dec. 24, officials said.
Midlothian police said officers at a QuikTrip gas station heard a car alarm around 2 a.m. Wednesday. The alarm was from a car that was driving through the parking lot.
