DALLAS — A routine downtown foot patrol by Dallas Police officers resulted in three arrests Wednesday morning, including suspects wanted on outstanding felony forgery warrants.
On February 25, 2026, at approximately 9:15 a.m., officers assigned to the Dallas Police Department’s Central Business Division were conducting a routine foot patrol in the 900 block of Pacific Avenue. The patrol was part of ongoing efforts to maintain a visible law enforcement presence and engage with residents and businesses in the downtown area.
During the patrol, officers observed a man later identified as 23-year-old Coby Vandergriff crossing the street while a “Do Not Cross” pedestrian signal was illuminated.
