Rogers Healy Sells Brokerage to Compass, Exits Residential Real Estate

Rogers Healy is out of the real estate game. The venture capitalist and residential real estate mogul has sold his Dallas-based brokerage, Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate, to New York–based Compass, marking his exit from the residential real estate business he built over two decades.

Healy confirmed the deal to D CEO Friday morning. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Rogers Healy and Associates—one of the largest independent brokerages in Texas, employing more than 400 people and generating billions in annual sales—will fully integrate into Compass, the nation’s largest real estate brokerage.
