When Sara Young learned that her long-distance boyfriend had a layover in her local airport, the Dallas resident sprang into action.
Knowing they wouldn’t have time to see each other outside the airport, as he only had a 30-minute layover, she decided to buy a plane ticket to get inside. Young, 21, tells PEOPLE that her boyfriend is an active military member, so she couldn’t pass up the opportunity to see him.
“I have no idea when the next time will be,” Young says, noting that they met at the Dr. Pepper factory in Waco, Texas and have been together for a little more than six months…
