Rowlett, TX — Authorities have seized more than 62,000 suspected counterfeit luxury items following a multi-agency investigation into an alleged social media-based distribution operation in Rowlett.
The Rowlett Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division led the investigation, which began on February 9, 2026, after authorities received information that counterfeit luxury merchandise was being sold through Facebook Live broadcasts and distributed from locations in the city.
