DALLAS, Texas — The Dallas Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Milto Angel Masariegos Cruz, who was last seen on March 14, 2026.
Cruz was last observed around 8:00 a.m. in the 2400 block of Laughlin Drive, leaving the area on foot and possibly in need of assistance, according to a press release from the department. He is described as a Hispanic male with blue eyes, black hair, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighing approximately 125 pounds. His clothing at the time of disappearance is unknown.
