All eyes on nesting Eagles at White Rock Lake as pair allegedly welcomes new chicks

A pair of bald eagles nicknamed Nick and Nora are once again drawing attention at White Rock Lake after apparently hatching another eaglet — or possibly two — wildlife observers say.

The eagles, which have nested in the area since 2021, have endured repeated nest losses but continue returning to the same site despite the challenges.
