ARLINGTON, Texas — A motorcyclist was shot and injured in a road rage shooting on Interstate 30, Arlington police said.
Officers responded around 9:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, in the eastbound lanes of I-30 near Ballpark Way, the Arlington Police Department said in a press release. Police observed a motorcycle on the shoulder of the highway with a man who appeared to be in distress, the release states. Officers found that the man had been shot in the leg.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said. He told officers he was traveling in the eastbound lanes of I-30 when he slowed with traffic, the release states.
