Gen Z is moving to Texas in big numbers, and a MovingPlace study points to Dallas as the top draw. The study says young workers are prioritizing tech job hubs, entry-level openings, and affordable housing in big metros, leaving places like California, New Jersey, and Minnesota. Texas had the highest influx: 5,081 Gen Z movers in, versus 3,555 moving out.
