SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — The Baja California State Attorney General’s Office announced this week the arrest of two men for their alleged involvement with the so-called “real estate cartel” in Tijuana.
Both suspects have been identified as leaders of a group dedicated to the “commandeering of properties” and are being accused of aggravated extortion, unlawful dispossession and criminal association.
The men have been identified as Christian Pablo N and Emmanuel Aurelio N.
