Update, 3/29/2026, 10:58 a.m.: According to a statement from the Dallas Police Department provided to the Observer, the man arrested during the Dallas No Kings protest is 57-year-old Chad Rodgers. He was charged with assault against an elderly or disabled individual, a Class A misdemeanor.
