Closed Deep Ellum bar says it lost ‘millions in profits.’ Now it’s suing the company that allegedly shut it down

DALLAS — Rodeo Dallas, a popular Deep Ellum bar that was forced to close last year, is suing the neighboring landlord, who they allege shut them down.

In a lawsuit filed on March 26, Rodeo Ranch Texas, which owned the Deep Ellum Rodeo location and recently opened a Uptown location of the same bar, sued Asana Partners, alleging that the company destroyed its business.
