DALLAS, Texas — The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Evelin Soto-Gutierrez, a 9-year-old girl who was last seen on April 2, 2026.
Evelin was spotted around 3:50 p.m. walking in the 9500 block of Brockbank Drive and may require assistance, according to the Dallas Police Department.
