DALLAS, Texas — The Dallas Police Department and the United States Marshals Service have launched a new fugitive apprehension initiative aimed at targeting violent offenders across the city.
The operation, called “Operation We Got You,” will run through May 8 and focuses on locating and arresting suspects wanted for violent crimes.
Officials said the initiative has already resulted in at least one arrest. Nineteen-year-old Eric Lampkin-Scarborough was taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals’ North Texas Fugitive Task Force.
