According to The Dallas Morning News, Wilbow Corp., the Dallas subsidiary of Melbourne-based Wilbow Group, announced the land acquisition this week and described Riverstone Estates as a multi-phase community covering 268 acres. The recent purchase included more than 60 acres for the initial phase, which will support roughly 265 homesites.
