MESQUITE, Texas — The Mesquite Police Department is investigating a deadly shooting it says stemmed from a disturbance involving two family members, officials say.
Officers responded to an early Saturday call at the Tri Pointe Square Apartments at about 1:19 a.m., police said. Information they received at the scene detailed an argument taking place between two adult family members, which led to one shooting the other. No information has been provided regarding the identities of those involved.
