Dallas Police say officers intervened to prevent a potentially dangerous situation after a student arrived at an unofficial “Senior Skip Day” gathering on Friday with multiple firearms.
Police said officers were sent to Danieldale Park in Southern Dallas after a social media post promoting the event drew nearly 400 students from several school districts to a park in the 500 block of West Wheatland Road.
