Gunfire Rocks Southeast Dallas Apartment Complex, Two Wounded

Two people were wounded last Saturday when gunfire broke out at an apartment complex in southeast Dallas, authorities said.

Officers were called around 8:14 p.m. to the 400 block of North Jim Miller Road, where first responders found two victims. Both were taken to local hospitals with injuries described as not life-threatening.

Police Searching For Shooter

Dallas police said they are still looking for the person who opened fire and have not released a possible motive or identified any suspects, according to NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the scene and transported the victims to nearby hospitals, the outlet reported. Police described the investigation as ongoing.
