The first sign Zach Delgado had that his Garland trucking school was under state investigation wasn’t a call or letter from regulators. It was a wave of emails from reporters.
Delgado, who runs Fast Track CDL, said he had no prior contact with investigators before the Texas Attorney General’s Office publicly named his school in a statewide crackdown on commercial driver’s license training programs.
