Well, an estate that has more in common with The Great Gatsby and The Sound of Music than the Lone Star State has now hit the market and stands tall as the most expensive home for sale in Texas.
The Crespi Estate in Dallas was built in 1938 and has stood the test of time as a symbol of luxury in North Texas for almost 90 years. Now the luxurious property is looking for its next owner, hitting the market at $64 million from Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.
“Luxury is everywhere,” the listing reads, which doesn’t really do the property justice. If you ever wanted to feel like Mia Thermopolis from The Princess Diaries, this is the chance.
