SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) – Springboro residents are being asked to stay out of Twin Creek after a sewage spill upstream has contaminated part of the waterway, leading to fish dying and a strong odor.
For those who often visit Twin Creek or live near it, officials say now is not the time to be in the water.
