CLIFTON, Ohio (WKRC) — The future of Clifton Market could soon be determined. A Hamilton County magistrate is expected to issue a decision Tuesday morning in a foreclosure case involving the neighborhood grocery store on Ludlow Avenue.
WesBanco Bank has filed a lawsuit against the owners of Clifton Market, asking the court to foreclose on four properties, including the market itself. According to court filings, the bank claims the owners still owe hundreds of thousands of dollars.
