RICHMOND, Indiana (WDTN) – A summer camp in Preble County is locked in a legal battle with a nearby Fudge Factory in Richmond after it allegedly illegally shut the camp’s water off.
Just off Camp Mahanaim’s property sits a private water valve that services the camp, and right now, the source of the lawsuit is a firetruck, which is parked right on top of the valve. This has prevented the water from being turned back on.
Instead, the camp has been forced to truck the water in from Greenville, which is proving to be far more expensive than just paying for the city’s water…
