MORAINE, Ohio (WDTN) — A local Walmart property has a new owner.
The Walmart location at 1701 W. Dorothy Lane in Moraine was sold by WMSSMDOM LLC to Agree Central LLC for $7.6 million on May 21.
The purchase was one of the highest amounts in May in Montgomery County.
