DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Three people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle wrong-way head-on crash early Sunday morning on State Route 4.
According to Greene County Regional Dispatch, the crash happened at approximately 2:40 a.m. on S.R. 4 and Adams Road.
