One person is in custody after allegedly threatening to kill someone in Miamisburg.
Miamisburg Police were called to the Southland Village apartment complex after a male threatened to “shoot up” an apartment and kill a female acquaintance.

A spokesperson for the department said the suspect, identified as 18-year-old Dashawn Smith, had previoulsy assaulted the victim.
Smith was later traced to the 100 block of S. Irwin Street in Dayton, where News Center 7’s crew reported seeing a large police presence…
