DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A section of East Fifth Street will temporarily be closed for the weekend for an upcoming anime convention.
Tsukicon will run from Oct. 16 to Oct. 18, during which the block between Main Street and South Jefferson Street will be closed.
