DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — Four years after opening their home to foster children, Jennifer Kremer and her husband have made their family official, adopting all six children they fostered and giving them a permanent home.
The Kremer family’s adoption was finalized Monday, when a judge approved the adoptions.
