DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — The homicide suspect accused of firing shots at Fairborn police Wednesday night was arraigned in Greene County court today.
This morning, Breyon Bryant was arraigned on two counts of felonious assault for the incident. Police say Bryant fired at officers outside of an apartment complex on West Funderburg Road.
One officer fired back, but no one was hit by gunfire. Police eventually arrested Bryant.

Officers were attempting to serve a warrant for Bryant in connection to a homicide in Columbus that occurred more than 10 years ago.
During the hearing, a judge set Bryant’s bond at $1.5 million.
Bryant is due back in court on Feb. 1. He is expected to be extradited back to Columbus in the near future to face charges there.
