A new restaurant has opened for business in Beavercreek.
If you’re looking for some seafood, you might want to check out the new restaurant Vallarta Mexican Seafood, which can be found in Beavercreek at 4448 Indian Ripple Rd. The restaurant opened its doors at the end of January, according to Vallarta’s social media account.
The restaurant describes its menu as being “filled with a wide array of delectable dishes that will transport you to the vibrant streets of Mexico” on its website. At Vallarta Mexican Seafood, you can get started on appetizers like fish ceviche, shrimp ceviche, chicharron de pescado (fish fritters that come with hot sauce), empanadas de camaron (which are stuffed with shrimp and cheese), mussels that are cooked in a spicy Nayarit sauce, quesadillas, guacamole, steamed crab legs, and more.
Also on the menu are some seafood cocktails (the menu includes a seafood cocktail that has shrimp, octopus, clams, crab, and scallops in a cold tomato-based broth with onions and cilantro), and some soups (check out the caldo 7 mares, which has seven types of seafood: shrimp, octopus, crab legs, mussels, scallops, fish, and clams).
