DAYTON, Ohio ( WDTN ) — A suspect is in custody following the fatal shooting of a security guard on Germantown Pike.
Darnell Pate was found shot in a car in the parking lot of Napoleon’s Bar on Jan. 29. He was pronounced dead on scene.
Local brothers, father indicted for narcotics, obstructing justice
Two weeks later, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office released an update, reporting they have a suspect in custody.
