TROY, Ohio ( WDTN ) — The Troy Tavern building is undergoing repairs and updates, but needs funding to survive.
According to our partners at Miami Valley Today , the Troy Historic Preservation Alliance (THPA) completed an initial clean-up of the IOOF building. Now members from the group are seeking donations to help fund the building’s stability.

Troy Tavern building deadlines to keep in mind
The team has until April 30 to render the building stable for operation, otherwise the court-ordered deadline will expire , leading to the demolition of the building.
The THPA purchased the building after a settlement agreement in December 2023.
