MIAMISBURG, Ohio (Dayton Business Journal) — The city of Miamisburg looks to get a new restaurant. The restaurant, dubbed Red Bird Pizza, is planning their first location at 18 N. 2nd St. in downtown Miamisburg, according to city documents. The eatery is an artisanal New York-style pizzeria that has a small menu highlighting in-season, as local as possible ingredients. The menu will feature New York-style pizza along with calzones, select small plates, hot sandwiches, salads and desserts. A small menu of craft cocktails, draft root beers and soft drinks will complement the menu.
