HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio (WDTN) — A cult-favorite convenience store is set to present the final plans before construction begins.

Huber Heights Mayor Jeff Gore provided an update Thursday morning saying Buc-ee’s provided the city with “final detailed development plans.” On May 14, Buc-ee’s will present their plans in front of the Huber Heights City Planning Commission, according to Gore.

Both Montgomery County and the Ohio Department of Transportation have approved plans and issued permits. If the planning commission approves the plans, construction and grading could be “beginning on the site soon.”

“Brisket Sandwiches and The Best Beef Jerky you’ve ever had are closer than ever,” said Gore.
