DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — Now that school is back in session, Downtown Dayton sees an influx of teens between the hours of 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. The main branch of the Dayton Metro Library and the RTA Hub downtown see a lot of teenagers in this time frame, which is why they’ve increased security and have Dayton Police on the premises, in case anything gets out of hand.
