The event included Latin-inspired food, dancing, live music, awards and a silent auction.

Our own 2 NEWS reporter Aaliyah Seabrooks received the “A Friend of the People” award for her coverage of the Latino health clinics at WSU.

Guests say the event not only raises money for programs at Wright State but also highlights the hard work of the Latino community as the next generation of leaders.
